Intermittent Uniqode Dashboard Unavailability
Resolved - On 8 October 2026, between 15:47 and 18:45 UTC, some customers were intermittently unable to access the Uniqode dashboard. QR Code scans, redirects and scan data collection were not affected, and no customer data was lost or exposed.

The issue was caused by a third-party hosting provider blocking access to the dashboard. We moved the dashboard to new hosting infrastructure and restored full access. We are also adding monitoring and safeguards to prevent a recurrence.
